New Delhi: Over 1.74 houses are stuck in 220 stalled real estate projects that have been launched in 2013 or before in top seven cities of the country, says a report by property consultant ANAROCK.
About 66 percent or 1.15 lakh houses of the total units stuck are sold while the rest are unsold.
Delhi NCR has the highest share of stalled houses at 1.18 lakh units followed by MMR with 38,060 stalled units.
Pune comes next with about 28 projects having 9,650 units. Hyderabad is next with around 4,150 units. Bengaluru is next with 26 projects comprising of 3,870 houses.
