New Delhi: Around 78,000 homes out of the 6.44 lakh unsold houses in the top seven citi4s of the coutyr are ready-to-move. These 78,000 unitsare worth Rs 65,950 crore.
Mumbai has highest number of ready homes at 19,200 units. However, the ready homes are just nine percent of the total unsold inventory of 2.13 lakh units in Mumbai.
Pune has the second-highest number of homes that are ready. It has 16,000 houses that are ready which is about 17 percent of the total unsold stock of 93,300 homes in Pune.
Delhi NCR is third with 15,600 homes that are ready. Delhi NCR is followed by Bengaluru with 10,100 homes, according to ANAROCK Property Consultants.
“Of the total unsold ready stock, Mumbai and Pune together have approx. 35,200 units, which are collectively worth Rs 37,550 crore. This accounts for 57 percent of the total value of ready unsold homes across all top 7 cities,” said Anuj Puri, Chairman, ANAROCK Property Consultants.
