Apple India has leased office space at Maker Maxity in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) spanning 6526 sq. ft. at a record rental of Rs 738 per sq. ft., said CRE Matrix in a report.
This deal is 66% higher than the most expensive office deal in 2023.
The monthly rental turns out to be Rs 48.19 lakhs and the agreement was signed between Agni Commex and Apple India.
CRE Matrix has released a report titled Best of the Best report 2024 comprising record deals across real estate vertical.
The report said that Ivory Property Trust has purchased 11,399 sq. ft. office space from AAA Holding Trust at Rs 1.5 lakh per sq. ft. at Tardeo in Mumbai, 33% rise from the most expensive office transaction in 2023.
Amazon executed the largest office lease at 1.1 million sq. ft. at Yelahanka in Bengaluru at Rs 65 per sq. ft. This is 75% more than the largest lease in 2023.
Oberoi Realty has built the largest office space in Goregaon, Mumbai spanning 23.2 lakh sq. ft. (carpet area), 42% more than the largest office built in 2023.
Optiver India Securities leased the most expensive co-working space at Rs 1211 per sq. ft. from Executive Centre India at First International Financial Centre in BKC, Mumbai. This is 74% more than the most expensive co-working space leased in 2023.
