New Delhi: Co-working space operator Avanta India plan to invest Rs 200 crore as part of its expansion plans in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Pune.
“The co-working industry has shown a tremendous expansion at more than 300 percent in the last few years and will continue to grow at a faster pace. Operators have to realize that the quality of services provided, will be the differentiating and assessing factor amongst various service providers,” said Nakul Mathur, Managing Director, Avanta India.
The company will continue with its existing model of contractual management and long term lease with various developers for its expansion in the for metros, the company said in a statement.
As part of its expansion plan, Avanta India today opened its new facility at Connaught Place in Delhi. The new centre is spread over an area of about 20,000 square feet. The occupancy rate in th9s new facility has already reached about 60 percent.
