New Delhi: Bhumika Group, which is developing the ‘Urban Square’ mall in Udaipur, today announced signing of an agreement with Shoppers Stop Ltd under which the latter will set up a store measuring 20,331 sq ft in the mall.
Urban Square is a 1.8 million sq ft mixed-use project. It will have a multiplex and retail, food court and entertainment zones. The project will also have Grade A commercial office spaces, commercial serviced suites and a 5 Star Hotel.
