New Delhi: Udaipur-based Bhumika Group has leased 35,000 square feet to Reliance Trends and TATA’s Westside recently in its upcoming mall Urban Square. The company has so far leased about 1.75 lakh square feet area in the mall.
The company is launching another mall – Urban Square Galleria in Alwar in Rajasthan. This will be in a joint venture with Trehan Group.
“We have a long list of brands in discussion with us and likely to finalise their spaces in the coming months, we are sure to be 100 percent leased out well before the completion of the mall. This shows the confidence of the retail industry about Urban Square and is a testament that we will develop one of the best malls of India,” said Uddhav Poddar, Managing Director, Bhumika Group.
Urban Square is a 1.8 million square feet mixed use project that is being developed in 2 phases. It will include a multiplex, retail area, food court and gaming zone. The development also includes office spaces, serviced suites and a 5 Star Hotel.
Bhumilka Group is the real estate division of the Poddar Group of companies that has diversified business interests including warehousing, construction, logistics, mining, textiles and manufacturing.
