New Delhi: Bengaluru-based realty player Brigade Enterprises Ltd today reported a 32 percent drop in consolidated net profit at Rs 40.92 crore for the third quarter of the current fiscal as compared to Rs 59.79 crore in the same quarter if the previous fiscal.
The total income of the company declined by 19 percent to Rs 568.63 crore for the third quarter of the current fiscal as against Rs 697.98 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 552.25 crore in the latest quarter, down 20 percent for the year ago period which stood at Rs 687.73 crore.
Segment wise break-up of the revenues reveal that the real estate activities of the company contributed Rs 369.39 crore in the latest quarter while hospitality business contributed Rs 92.96 crore. Leasing contributed Rs 96.04 crore to the revenues.
