CBRE South Asia Pvt. Ltd. and real estate data and analytics company Propstack have entered into a strategic enterprise agreement under which CBRE will integrate Propstack’s data and analytics platform across its India operations. The integration will support market intelligence, investment analysis and client advisory functions, with the rollout beginning in September 2026.
Under the agreement, Propstack’s proprietary data infrastructure and predictive analytics will be incorporated into CBRE’s existing research and market-intelligence workflows. The platform will support teams working across investment advisory, occupier advisory and client reporting. Implementation will take place in phases across CBRE’s key service lines.

The partnership is intended to combine CBRE’s existing research, market expertise and client relationships with Propstack’s data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.
