New Delhi: Cera Sanitaryware Ltd’s consolidated net profit increased marginally to Rs 28.29 crore for the third quarter of the current fiscal as compared to Rs 27.16 crore in the same quarter if the previous fiscal.
The total income of the company increased by 2 percent to Rs 330.26 crore for the third quarter of the current fiscal as against Rs 325.23 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The company has also appointed Deepshikha Khaitan as Joint Managing Director for five years with effect from 1st April, 2020
It has also re-appointed Atul Sanghvi as Executive Director and CEO for another term of three years with effect from 1st April 2020.
