New Delhi: Real estate player County Group will invest Rs 300 crore in its new affordable luxury housing project ‘Coco County’ at Greater Noida West in Delhi NCR, it said in a statement.
The project will be spread over an area of 4.5 acres and is expected to be completed by 2024.
“Strategically located, Coco County offers serene tropical ambience landscaping and has the potential to revitalise the entire segment in the region,” said Amit Modi, Director, County Group.
It is a Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY) registered project. Thus, the buyers can get credit-linked subsidy under the scheme. They will have to pay only 1 percent Goods & Services Tax (GST) on their apartment.
