New Delhi: When it comes to age profile of home buyers in the country, Delhi and Mumbai have exactly opposite trends. In Delhi, about 37 percent home buyers are aged between 45-55 age while 26 percent are in 35-45 years age bracket. In Mumbai, around 37 percent buyers are in the 35-45 years age bracket and 28 percent are between 45-55 years age, according to ANAROCK Property Consultants.
In Bengaluru, over half (52 percent) of the home buyers are between 35-45 years of age, about 18 percent are in 45-55 years age bracket and 21 percent are under the age of 35.
About 39 percent home buyers in Hyderabad and 28 percent in Pune are aged 25-35 years.
