New Delhi: Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bengaluru, the three largest real estate markets in the country will see about 1,31,470 homes being completed and delivered in the next one year, according to ANAROCK property consultants.
Around 68,070 houses will be delivered in Delhi NCR in the next 12 months and about 46 percent of that will be in the affordable category. Around 38 percent of the total will be in mid-segment category and 3 percent will be in luxury and ultra-luxury categories.
Mumbai, together with Navi Mumbai, Thane and kalian, will see around 25,540 houses being delivered by the end of 2020. About 13.6290 units will be in the affordable category and 8,510 homes in the mid-segment category. About 9,080 houses will be in the luxury segment.
Bengaluru will have about 37,860 houses delivered in the coming year with about 4,543 units being in the affordable category. Mid-segment will get around 18,172 houses and 15,136 homes belonging to luxury and ultra-luxury segments.
