New Delhi: Realty player DLF Ltd has issued 10,000 Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs.10.00 lakh each raising Rs 1,000 crore in 19th March.
“We hereby inform that the Non-Convertible Debentures Allotment Committee in its meeting held today, that is, 19th March, 2020, has allotted 10,000 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs 10.00 lakh each at par,” the company said in a regulatory filing.
The date of maturity for these NCDs will be 17 March, 2023. The NCDs have been allotted in two series-Series A and Series B.
The Series A NCDs bear an interest rate of 9.25 percent per annum or about 8.88 percent per month per annum.
Series B NCDs bear an interest rate of 9.5 percent per annum or about 9.11 percent per month per annum.
The interest of the NCDs will be paid out on 19 March, 2020, 21 March 2022 and 17 March 2023.
The principal will be paid out in one go on the date of maturity.
