DLF Ltd’s Net Profit Jumps 19% At Rs 443.41 Cr For Q2FY20

New Delhi: Realty firm DLF Ltd’s consolidated net profit jumped 19 percent at Rs 443.41 crore for the second quarter (July-September quarter) of the current fiscal as compared to Rs 373.21 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

However, the consolidated revenue of the company dropped 16 percent at Rs 1940.05 crore for the second quarter for the July-September quarter of the ongoing fiscal as against Rs 2304.90 crore in the same period of the previous financial year, it said in regulatory filing. 

For the half year ended 30th September 2019, the consolidated net profit of the company jumped 57 percent at Rs 857.35 crore as compared to Rs 545.65 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal. The consolidated net income of the company dropped 12 percent to Rs 3,481 crore as against Rs 3,962.57 crore in the same period of the 2018-19 fiscal. 

DLF Ltd has appointed Vivek Anand as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He will be designated as Group Chief Financial Officer.
