New Delhi: Real estate major DLF Ltd’s unsold inventory has come down to Rs 10,970 crore now as compared to Rs 15,000 crore a couple of years ago. While Rs 10,419 crore worth of property lies unsold in its completed residential projects, another Rs 551 crore worth of inventory is in its commercial projects.
The company has unsold inventory of Rs 4,510 crore in its completed residential project ‘Camellias’ in DLF Phase 5, Gurugram. Another Rs 15 crore of unsold inventory is in its residential project ‘Crest’ in DLF Phase 5, Gurugram, it said an analyst presentation.
The ‘Ultima’ residential project in New Gurugram has unsold inventory of Rs 1,135 crore. Four of its residential projects in Gurugram- ‘The Ultima’, ‘The Skycourt’, ‘ Alameda’ and ‘Garden City’ have unsold properties worth Rs 1,135 crore, Rs 40 crore, Rs 290 crore and Rs 325 crore respectively.
Its completed residential property in Delhi ‘Kings Court’ has an unsold stock worth Rs 240 crore. Its ‘Riverside Kochi’ has an unsold stock worth Rs 125 crore. Another residential project ‘Hyde Park’ has an unsold inventory of Rs 230 crore.
The company has Rs 325 crore of unsold stock in its commercial project ‘Horizon Centre’ in Gurugram while its commercial project ‘Prime Towers’ in Delhi has unsold inventory of Rs 226 crore.
