New Delhi: Country first REIT, the Embassy Office Parks REIT, has clocked 16 percent jump in net operating income for the quarter ended December 2019 at Rs 463.9 crore.
The REIT also recorded 14 percent growth in revenues to Rs 545.9 crore, the company said in a statement.
The manager of the REIT, Embassy Office Parks Management Services, has declared distribution of Rs 470.7 crore (which comes to about Rs. 6.1 per unit) for the latest quarter.
The total distribution of income for the current fiscal so far comes to Rs 1,350.4 crore (which comes to about Rs.17.5 per unit of REIT).
“Our office portfolio continues to deliver. In 2019, leasing across the Indian markets crossed a record 60 million sq ft, again underlining the strength of India’s office sector as the leading office absorption market globally,” said Michael Holland, Chief Executive Officer of Embassy REIT.
