Flexible Office Player Infinity Spaces Plans Four Fold Expansion

New Delhi: Noida –based flexible office provider Infinity Spaces is looking at four-fold expansion in the couple of years and establish presence in Karnatka and madhya Pradesh. 

The company has 2.5 lakh sq ft of flexible spaces under operations currently and plans to take it to 1 million sq ft by 2022.

“We are going to open a large facility of 2.5 lakh sq ft on Noida Expressway by March 2020. In addition to this we are looking at Indore and Bengaluru also in the next couple of years. Our total area under operation will be around 10 lakh sq ft in the couple of years,” said Vishu Goel, Founder and CEO, Infinity Spaces.

The company has  13 buildings providing flexible office spaces in Sector 63 of Noida. The occupancy rates hover around 95 percent in these offices. About 60 percent of the space is occupied by IT firms. These spaces house about 200 start-ups. There are also some large enterprises which are present here.

The company, that has been started by Vishu Goel and Nishant Garg, gives office space on monthly rental basis charges a fee of around Rs 50-55 per sq ft. It also gives customised offices with personalised conference rooms.
