New Delhi: Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) has acquired another real estate and construction firm Ceear Lifespaces Pvt Ltd (CLPL) and the latter has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the former.
“Godrej Properties Limited has acquired 100 percent issued and paid-up share capital of the ‘Ceear Lifespaces Private Limited’. Consequent to the said acquisition, CLPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company,” said Godrej Properties in a regulatory filing.
GPL has acquired all the 10,000 equity shares of CLPL at Rs 10 each. CLPL was established in 2017.
