New Delhi: Godrej Properties has acquired 20 percent equity in Mumbai-based construction firm Yujya Developers Pvt Ltd, thereby making the later as its associate company.
Godrej Properties has acquired 200 equity shares of Rs 10 each of Yujya Developers. This 20 percent paid up equity share capital of Yujya Developers.
“The company had acquired 200 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each, constituting 20 percent of paid-up equity share capital of YDPL… Post-acquisition, the YDPL has become Associate of the company” Godrej Properties said in a regulatory filing.
