New Delhi: Mumbai-based Godrej Properties will offer residential plotted development in Faridabad in Delhi NCR on 43.61 acres of land acquired from BPTP Group.
The project will have 95,000 square meters (1 million square feet) of plotted development potential. It will have various plot sizes, the company said in a statement.
“We are happy to add this new project in Faridabad, a key micro-market within NCR. This fits well with our strategy of deepening our presence in key markets across India’s leading cities,” said Pirojsha Godrej, Executive Chairman, Godrej Properties.
This will be company’s first project in Faridabad. It will also be its first plotted development project in Delhi NCR.
The company entered the Delhi NCR real estate market few years ago and has a number of housing projects in Noida.
