Growthmind to scale Construction Managers and Interior Managers across 10 cities; $12M fundraise to support simultaneous rollout and rapid revenue growth
Bengaluru-based startup Growthmind Enterprises has announced plans to roll out its two bill of quantities (BOQ)-based platforms—Construction Managers and Interior Managers—across 10 Indian cities from October 2026 as it expands beyond its home market.
The rollout will cover Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Gurugram, Noida and Greater Noida, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Indore and Surat.
To support the expansion, the company is in discussions with investors to raise $12 million (over ₹100 crore) over the coming months.
Growthmind expects the simultaneous 10-city rollout to drive combined revenue growth of more than 125% over the following two years, with revenue projected to rise from ₹98.6 crore in FY27 to ₹225.7 crore in FY29 and combined net EBITDA increasing from ₹49.4 crore to ₹176.5 crore.
The company expects both platforms to turn profitable in FY27 and projects a combined net cash flow of more than ₹351 crore over 42 months through an asset-light business model with no inventory and no capital locked up in the business.

Sanchit Gaurav, Founder of Growthmind Enterprises, said the expansion targets a “largely unorganized market”. Rather than expanding city by city, the company will deploy the entire fund raise upfront so both platforms can launch simultaneously across all 10 cities, providing immediate access to customer bases, vendor networks and local teams needed to operate at scale. “This fund raise will allow us to bring that model to homeowners across India’s biggest markets simultaneously,” he said, referring to the company’s direct-payment model under which customers pay vendors directly while Growthmind’s fee is linked to timely completion of projects within budget.
According to Growthmind, Construction Managers is India’s first BOQ-based home construction company, where customers pay material vendors and labour contractors directly, on actuals, with no advance, no markup and no lump sum, while project timelines are backed by penalty clauses for delays. The company said Interior Managers is India’s first BOQ-based interior design company, offering full design-to-handover delivery on a cost-plus model, with factory quality checks before shipment and milestone-based payments in place of large advances.
According to the company, both platforms are intended to introduce greater standardisation into India’s fragmented home construction and interior design markets through itemised BOQs, verified vendor onboarding, milestone tracking and controlled execution.
Under the model, customers pay vendors directly for materials and labour, enabling greater visibility over project costs, timelines and quality. The company said the framework also benefits vendors through qualified project flow, faster billing cycles, clearer scopes of work and fewer disputes related to pricing, measurement and execution.
Growthmind estimates India’s interiors market at USD 35.48 billion in 2026 and projects it to expand to USD 65.01 billion by 2031. It said India’s individual home construction market remains one of the country’s largest and least organised real estate segments, creating an opportunity for BOQ-led platforms that standardise project delivery and pricing.
Construction Managers charges a 15% fee on BOQ actuals—equivalent to about ₹10.5 lakh on a typical project—while Interior Managers charges 20% on BOQ actuals, translating to around ₹1.5 lakh for a typical project executed over a two- to four-month cycle. The expansion is expected to take the company’s BOQ-based model to homeowners across India’s largest urban markets.
