New Delhi: Cashing on trend of co-living in the country, real estate portal Housing.com today announced its entry in the space with about 5 lakh beds listed in 12 cities. The portal has joined hands with co-living players Zolo and OYO Life for the purpose.
The 12 cities where the porta has clanched co-living sefvices include Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurugram, Noida, Kolkata, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Ghaziabad, Ahemedabad and Chandigarh, the compnay said in a statement.
The 12 cities contributing to the listings include Mumbai, Delhi, Gurugram, Bengalauru, Kolkata, Pune, Noida, Chennai, Ghaziabad, Hyderabad, Chandigarh and Ahmedabad.
“We aim to have over 10 lakh beds listed on our platform by the end of this year. There is a special section for co-living on Housing.com,” said Dhruv Agarwala, Group CEO, Housing.com, Makaan.com and Proptiger.com.
Elara technologies, the company that owns Housing.com, Makaan.com and Proptiger.com, had recently raised about USD 70 million.
