New Delhi: Residential property website Housingforall.com has now been launched in various vernacular languages of the country so that more and more people can make use of it and book a house of their choice.
Languages like Marathi and Gujarati have been included on the website, the first e-commerce website for real estate in the country. The website has been launched jointly by several real estate industry stakeholders like National Real Estate Development Council, CII, ASSOCHAM, FICCI, CREDAI-MCHI and others.
This website will start a 45–day property festival on 14 February where buyers can get lowest property prices. They can also get money back guarantee for the Rs 25,000 that they need to pay for booing a property on the site. The festival is expected to have over 1,000 projects on sale. The website may also offer various other services in future that are related to the housing sector. This website will offer complete transparency to the buyers and the buyers will be informed immediately if the chosen property is purchased by someone else.
