Bangalore, September 9th: Coworking firm Incuspaze has leased yet another office space in Bengaluru, this time, in QUBE Software Park, located along the city’s prime Outer Ring Road (ORR). The 3.25 lakh square feet facility will have the capacity to accommodate over 5,000 seats.
This expansion follows Incuspaze’s recent lease of 1.56 lakh sq ft in Whitefield, another prominent business district in Bengaluru.
Being a significant IT growth corridor in Bengaluru, the ORR area attracts a wide range of tech companies due to its excellent infrastructure, talent availability, and connectivity to major parts of the city. This makes it a prime location for firms like Incuspaze, which seeks to support businesses through managed office solutions in high-demand regions.
Sanjay Chatrath, Managing Partner at Incuspaze, emphasized the strategic importance of the new location. “Our expansion into this prestigious area reflects our dedication to offering premium workspaces in prime business environments. The availability of large land parcels, proximity to a well-established IT talent pool, and nearby residential hubs make the Outer Ring Road one of Bengaluru’s most attractive corridors for IT growth,” Chatrath noted.
India’s rapidly expanding startup ecosystem and increased demand from both domestic and foreign companies seeking modern, adaptable workspaces has driven the growth of coworking spaces such as Incuspaze. The coworking sector has seen strong demand post-pandemic as businesses opt for more flexible office solutions.
Incuspaze’s extensive presence in 44 locations across 18 cities enables it to capitalize on this demand. Since its inception in 2016, the company has rapidly expanded its footprint, adapting to changing market needs while maintaining a strong focus on providing high-quality, managed office spaces. Its total managed portfolio is 4 million sq ft.
The company has announced plans to add 2 million sq ft of office space over the next 12 months, focusing not only on Bengaluru but also on other key cities in South India.
