IPO Of Prince Pipes and Fittings Subscribed 74% On Day 2

New Delhi: The initial public offering (IPO) of Prince Pipes and Fittings has been subscribed to the extent of 74 percent on the second day of bidding today.

The segment which was reserved for retail investors was 1.05 times.

The IPO has so far got bids for 1.45 crore equity shares when the total size of the offer is 1.97 crore equity shares. The segment reserved for qualified institutional buyers has seen subscribed to the extent of 68 percent. The portion reserved for non-institutional investors has been subscribed to the extent of 5 percent, according to data on bourses.

Prince Pipes and Fittings had on Tuesday raised Rs 150 crore from 8 anchor investors- Aditya Birla MF, SBI Oman, HDFC Life Insurance, SBI Life Insurance, HDFC MF, Mirae Asset MF, Tata MF and NewMark Capital.
