New Delhi: TMT bars maker Kamdhenu’s net loss of Rs 13.03 crore in the third quarter of the current fiscal where as it had registered a net profit of Rs 5.46 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal.
Kamdhenu’s net income increased 6 percent to Rs 255.75 crore in the third quarter f the current fiscal as compared to Rs 242.37 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal.
Kamdhenu is opting for Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019 to settle all pending disputes and litigations against the company. The total amount involved in these disputes is Rs 49 crore.
The company has also kept aside Rs 24.39 crore towards the settlement of various old excise and service tax dispute, it said in the regulatory filing.
