KREEVA to launch one project every year in next five years in Delhi-NCR

In an interview with RealtynInfra, Mayank Jain, CEO, KREEVA said the company has been acquiring land in high-demand zones of Gurgaon & South Delhi and ensure its developments align with the aspirations of buyers.

How do you see the current real estate market evolving in the next 5–10 years?

The Indian real estate market is growing exponentially, driven by urban expansion, evolving buyers’ preferences, and infrastructure developments. As reports suggest, the real estate sector in India is expected to reach US$ 1 trillion in market size by 2030, up from US$ 200 billion in 2021. In regions like Delhi-NCR, we feel luxury housing will continue seeing a strong demand due to improved infrastructure, metro expansions, and growing aspirations. This will allow developers to focus on ultra-premium offerings with personalized experiences and cutting-edge amenities, ensuring their projects not only meet but exceed the evolving expectations of high-net-worth individuals seeking exclusivity, comfort, and long-term value in their investments.

KREEVA has been acquiring prime land in areas like Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension Road, and South Delhi. What factors guide your decision-making in selecting these locations?

What emerging trends do you foresee in the luxury housing in Delhi-NCR, and how is KREEVA positioned to capitalize on them?

Luxury housing in Delhi-NCR is growing due to high demand, technological advancements, and sustainable designs. As tracked by Cushman and Wakefield, premium projects in prime locations continue to top the list, with Delhi-NCR recording a 56% surge in launches of such projects in 2024-the highest in the country. Gurugram was a key driver of the trend, accounting for 87% of high-end and luxury launches in the region. Thus, buyers now seek residences with biophilic design, wellness-centric amenities, and integrated home automation. This indicates that the demand for expansive green spaces, concierge services, and bespoke interiors is on the rise. Therefore, we look forward to contributing to these trends, ensuring that every home we craft aligns with the preferences of luxury homebuyers.

Further, starting with Delhi NCR, we also plan to expand our footprint across India in the coming years as part of our five-year strategic vision. These investments will be directed towards developing uber-luxury spaces located in city centers that are designed to transform the ordinary into an unforgettable experience to set a new standard in luxury living and sophisticated design.

This has reshaped my approach, integrating analytical precision with strategic foresight, and optimizing operational efficiency while addressing market shifts.
