New Delhi: PNB Housing Fiannce has regosterd 11 percent rise in net profit at Rs 284.5 crore for the quarter ended June 2019 as compared to Rs 255.8 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, it said a regulatory filing.
The Net Interest Income grew by 45 percent Rs 625.5 crore in the latest qaurtre from Rs 432.8 crore in the same qaurter last year.
Net Interest Margin for latest quarter stood at 3.14 percent compared to 2.74 percent. Disbursements clocked Rs 7,634.3 crore during the latest quarter as compared to Rs 9,767.3 crore. Asset under Management (AUM) stood at Rs 88,332.9 crore as on 30th June, 2019 as compared to RS 68,577.5 crore as on 30th June, 2018 registering a growth of 29 percent during the period with share of housing loans being 72 percent.
