Real estate developer M3M Group firm Smartworld Developers will build the second ‘Trump’ branded ultra luxury housing project in Gurugram under ‘Trump’ brand. The project will be developed in partnership with Tribeca Developers, which is an official representative of US-based Trump Organization in India.
The project, ‘Trump Residences’, will have 298 units. The total saleable area is 1.2 million square feet area.
The project cost is estimated at Rs 2200 crore while the revenue potential is around Rs 3500 crore.
Initially, Smartworld Developers has fixed the selling price at Rs 27000 per square feet.
Tribeca Developers will lead the design, marketing, sales and quality PMC.
Trump Residences Gurgaon will include two 51-story towers with 298 residences. Features include all-glass façade, double-height living rooms in select units, floor-to-ceiling windows, private elevators, and a shared rooftop offering stunning views of the Aravalis.
