New Delhi: Four out of every five real estate developers in India will bite the dust and vanish from the industry in the next three years with really bad situation prevailing, said Anuj Puri, Chairman- Anarock, according to media reports.
He said that only those builders will survive who will provide quality construction and on time delivery. There are about 2,20,000 units of buildings built in the country which hardly comes to one unit per builder.
While speaking at a function of Kerala chapter of CREDAI, Puri said that about half of the developers will vanish in the coming three years in the state.
