New Delhi: Realty player MKS Ventures will invest Rs 400 crore in the next 3.5 years for a Socio Cultural Centre in Delhi in association with Delhi Development Authority.
The MKS-HUB will come up at the Twin District Centre-II Rohini. The PPP project will be spread over 11 acres of land, and will have a built-up area of 80,000 square metres, the realty firm said in a statement.
“MKS Hub will raise the standards of business, shopping and leisure experience of the National Capital Region, thanks to its location,” said Sunil Totlani, Director MKS Ventures.
The social and cultural part of the project will be spread over 32,00 sq meters while the rest of the space will be dedicated for commercial development.
The project will have an Auditorium, Centre for performing arts, convention and exhibition centers and open-air amphitheater. There will also be recreational club and multi-purpose training and meeting rooms.
There will be recreational facilities such as sports facility and swimming pool. The socio-cultural centre will have meditation centre, dedicated art and cultural zones, party lawns etc. The commercial part of the project will include a mall.
