Mumbai’s Dombivli Ranks 1st Among Top 10 Most Active Residential Micro-markets

New Delhi: Mumbai’s Dombivli has ranked 1st among the top 10 most active residential micro-markets in the country, based on the number of new houses launched during 2019, according to a report by ANAROCK property consultants.

The reports says that 7,130 homes were launched in this micro market in 2019. The average property prices here were about Rs 6,597 per sq ft on built-up area basis. The report is based on activity levels in the top 10 micro-markets keeping in view both  demand and supply.

Panvel in Navi Mumbai ranked 2nd with about 5,900 houses launched. The average property price prevailed at Rs 6,170 per sq ft. Delhi NCR’s New Gurgaon ranked 3rd with 5,400 new homes added in this market in 2019. The average property prices here stood at Rs 6,087 per sq ft. in 2019.

Mumbai’s Badlapur ranked 4th with around 5,350 units launched in 2019. The average property rates here stood at Rs 3,770 per sq ft. Mahalunge in Pune stood 5th in the rankings. This micro market saw about 4,650 new houses launched in 2-19 with average property prices at Rs 5,657 per sq ft.

Bengaluru’s Sarjapur Road ranked 6th in the list. Pune’s Hinjewadi ranked 7th among the top 10 micro markets.

Delhi NCR’s Sohna micro market ranked 8th in the list. Benagluru’s Electronic City ranked 9th among the top 10 micro markets.

No micro-market in Kolkata or Chennai featured in the list.
