New Delhi: State-run construction company NBCC Ltd, which mostly undertakes projects on commission basis, is saddled with its own unsold real estate inventory of Rs 800 crore.
“Yes, we have around Rs 800 crore of inventory which is completed inventory” said Yogesh Sharma, Executive Director (Finance), NBCC Ltd, while reply to an investor query in relation to whether the company has any unsold inventory and how much would be its value.
It is the value of completed inventory of both residential as well as commercial properties by NBCC. There is neither any debt nor any liability against these properties, he said.
