New Delhi: State run NBCC India Ltd has inked an MoU with the government of Andhra Pradesh under which it will assist the state government in monetization of vacant land pieces of the state.
NBCC has been retained as Project Management Consultant by the Andhra Pradesh government for monetization of different land parcels across the state. NBCC will also help in implementing Andhra’s flagship programmes like infrastructure works by utilizing the funds proceeds out of the commercial exploitation of the land parcels, NBCC said in a regulatory filing.
