New Delhi: NBCC Ltd, which has been tasked by the Supreme Court to compete projects of Amrapali Group, will invite tenders for construction of eight of the incomplete housing projects of the real estate Group. These tenders will have an estimated value of Rs 5075.75 crore.
NBCC has got a communication from R Venkataramani who is the court receiver appointed by the Supreme Court on 18 March for the tenders, NBCC said ina regulatory filing.
The Supreme Court had asked NBCC to develop the incomplete projects of the beleaguered realty firm at a fixed management fee of 8 percent.
In Novermber last year, NBCC Ltd had received a tender for construction of over 1,000 apartments in certain projects of the Amrapali Group. It had also prepared to hand over 600 apartments in ‘Eden Park’ and “Castle’ projects of the Group.
