New Delhi: Public sector undertaking (PSU) NBCC’s commission has been fixed at eight percent for construction the stalled real estate projects of Amrapali Group.
“It is hereby informed that in case of Amrapali Group pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the Hon’ble Court has vide its detailed order dated July 23, 2019, appointed NBCC to complete various projects. The percentage of commission/fee of NBCC is fixed at 8 percent” the PSU said in a fling to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Bringing relief to over 42,000 buyers of houses in stalled Amrapali projects, the Supreme Court had earlier this week asked NBCC to take over all the projects of the Group. The Court had also cancelled RERA registration of the Group.
