New Delhi: Out of the total 5,790 housing units launched in Delhi NCR market in third quarter (Q3) of the current calendar year, the maximum launches were accounted for by Gurugram. The Millennium City saw new launches of 2,030 units in Q3 of 2019 as compared to 1,160 units in Q3 of 2018, representing an increase of 75 percent, according to ANAROCK Property Consultants.
The sales of residential units in the important real estate market of Gurugram went down by 11 percent to touch 2,678 units in Q3 of 2019 as against 3,010 units in Q3 of 2018.
The unsold stock of housing property in the Millennium City is the highest in the Delhi NCR market. The unsold stock in Gurugra went up 13 percent to touch 55,900 units in Q3 of 2019 as compared to 49,500 units in Q3 of 2018.
