Bengaluru-based Kalyani Developers has launched two new residential towers at its premium project, Kalyani LivingTree, located within the KIADB Aerospace Park in North Bengaluru. The launch adds 525 premium 3BHK apartments to the development, with unit sizes ranging from 1,300 to 1,600 sq. ft., priced from ₹1.2 crore onwards.
The newly introduced towers—positioned as the most exclusive within the LivingTree project—will contribute over 7.5 lakh sq. ft. of additional built-up space and offer uninterrupted views of landscaped gardens and the pool. Residents will have access to over 60 lifestyle amenities and two clubhouses spanning a combined 1 lakh sq. ft. More than 80% of the project area is reserved for open spaces, reinforcing the developer’s emphasis on community-centric and sustainable urban design.
LivingTree, spread across 25 acres, is planned as a ten-tower residential community with each tower rising 23 to 24 floors. The project offers a range of amenities including a cricket maidan, swimming pools, squash court, co-working spaces, reading nooks, mini golf, and a pet park. Homes are designed to be Vastu compliant, in line with evolving buyer preferences in the region.
Kalyani Developers, operating as Kalyani Tech Park Pvt Ltd, is a longstanding player in the Bengaluru real estate market. Founded in 1991, the company has delivered over 12 million sq. ft. of commercial space, including projects such as Kalyani Magnum, Platina, and Helios Business Park. It is also working on upcoming commercial projects along Outer Ring Road and in Devanahalli.
Commenting on the launch, A. Mohan Raju, Managing Director and CEO of Kalyani Developers, said the new towers reflect the company’s vision of integrating wellness, work, and community. “North Bengaluru is emerging as a key real estate corridor, and LivingTree is designed to respond to that growth with future-ready homes,” he noted.
