No Increase In House Prices in Noida In 4 Yrs

New Delhi: The prices of residential property have remained almost the same in Noida in the last four years or so. The prices of under construction residential property was Rs 8,123 per sq ft (on an average) in October-December quarter of 2014 which touched Rs 8,284 per sq ft in the same quarter of 2018, translating in an increase of mere 1.9 percent in these four years.

The prices were Rs 8,162 per sq ft and Rs 8,047 per sq ft in October-December quarter of 2014 and 2015 respectively, data by National Housing Bank says. 

It further fell to Rs 7,992 per sq ft in the same quarter of 2017. It recovered slightly in the same quarter of 2018.

If we take Delhi and Gurugram into account, the other two important property markets of Delhi NCR, the prices have actually fallen. 

The prices of under construction properties in Gurugram stood at Rs 9,767 per sq ft in October-December quarter of 2014 which came down to Rs 8,759 per sq ft in October-December quarter of 2018, a fall of 10.3 percent.

The prices of under construction homes in Delhi stood at Rs 9,714 per sq ft in October-December quarter of 2014 which came down to Rs 9,556 per sq ft in October-December quarter of 2018, a fall of 1.6 percent.
