New Delhi: Noida has unsold housing stock of 20,860 units that are worth Rs 18,380 crore and it will take 37 months for this stock to get cleared, says a report by ANAROCK Property Consultants.
Interrestingly, the overhang in Noida for the unsold stock has come down from 68 months in second quarter (Q2) of 2017 to 37 months in Q2 of 2019. The Delhi suburb has 27,000 unsold units in Q2 of 2017 which has been reduced by 23 percent to come down at 20,860 units.
Noida is also one of those suburbs of Delhi which has seen property price increase in the last two years. The price per sq ft in Q2 of 2017 stood at Rs 4,700 which now stands at Rs 4,780, translating in two percent increase.
