Real estate developer Ocus Group said it has leased 4,572 sq. ft. of space to the State Bank of India (SBI) at its commercial project Ocus Medley in Sector 99, Gurugram.
With Axis Bank and State Bank already present, SBI’s addition further strengthens the project’s position as a growing financial hub, with more banks expected to follow. The designated banking zone within Ocus Medley has been named Bank Street, the company said.

Ocus Medley is also set to launch restrobars, with KOCA by Melodrama scheduled to open soon.
This will introduce a prominent brand, further strengthening the commercial vibrancy of the development and offering visitors an enriched retail and lifestyle experience, the company added.
