ONE Group Developers is set to invest over ₹1,200 crore in the next two years to develop a series of residential and commercial projects in Mohali, marking a significant expansion in Punjab’s real estate sector.
The investment will be channelled into multiple developments across prime sectors of the city. The company has confirmed that it will soon launch a mix of low-rise independent floors, plotted developments in Sector 98, and a group housing project. Plans also include premium commercial spaces aimed at capitalising on Mohali’s growing demand for integrated urban infrastructure.
Land acquisition for the group housing and commercial projects has already been completed, with planning underway. Meanwhile, the residential and plotted developments are in advanced stages of planning, pointing to a staggered rollout over the coming months.
