New Delhi: Co-living operator OYO LIFE has announced its tie up with IIT-Delhi and Plaksha University in Gurgaon to manage co-staying facilities for the students of the two colleges having a total of 500 beds.
Under the tie-up, students will get accommodation in the facilities of OYO LIFE for a monthly fee of Rs 6,500 -12,999 per bed.
“We are excited to partner with IIT Delhi and Plaksha’s Tech Leaders Fellowship to offer our first-of-its-kind housing experience for the students. We are confident that our growing presence in the student housing segment will enable us to scale 100K beds by 2019-end,” said Rohit Kapoor, CEO, New Real Estate Businesses, OYO.
Started in October 2018, OYO LIFE has 500 plus buildings and 30,000 beds under operation. It is adding 5,000 beds every month in the country. OYO LIFE has presence in four cities – Bangalore, Delhi, NCR and Pune currently. It is also planning to expand to Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai soon.
