New Delhi: Delhi-based realty player Parsvnath Developers Ltd has reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 91.18 crore for the first quarter ended June 2019 as against Rs 54.23 crore in the same quarter of the last financial year.
The company’s net income declined 22 percent at Rs 56.25 crore in the latest quarter as compared to Rs 71.86 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal.
There have been delays/defaults in payment of principal and interest on borrowings, salaries to employees, statutory liabilities, and payment of other dues by PDL, the auditors of the company noted in the audit review of the first quarter financial figures.
