Prestige Estates Projects Ltd on Tuesday announced the completion of two residential developments in Hyderabad — Prestige Clairemont in Kokapet and Bellagio @ The Prestige City Hyderabad at Rajendra Nagar.
Together, the two projects comprise 1,047 homes and about 4.10 million square feet of developable area, including 928 residences across four towers at Prestige Clairemont and 119 villas at Bellagio. Prestige Clairemont has a developable area of 3.29 million square feet, while Bellagio spans 0.81 million square feet.
The completions come as Prestige expands its development pipeline in Hyderabad. As of June 2026, the company had completed 10 projects spanning 19 million square feet of developable area in the city, while another 15 projects totalling 46 million square feet were at various stages of construction and planning.

Prestige Clairemont is spread across 7.56 acres in Neopolis, Kokapet. Its 928 homes comprise three- and four-bedroom residences, with the development also including landscaped open spaces and residential amenities.
Bellagio is the villa component of the larger The Prestige City Hyderabad integrated development at Rajendra Nagar. Spread across approximately 24 acres, the project has been planned as a low-density gated development overlooking Mulagund Lake.
Prestige has a presence across Hyderabad micro-markets including Tellapur, Hi-tech City, Financial District, Kokapet, Rajendra Nagar and Budvel, with projects spanning residential, office, retail and hospitality.
At the group level, Prestige had delivered 319 projects covering 216 million square feet as of June 2026 and had a pipeline of 137 projects spanning 229 million square feet, across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and integrated township developments.
The project completions at Kokapet and Rajendra Nagar come amid a sharp rise in residential activity in Hyderabad. According to ANAROCK Research, housing sales in the city rose 15% year-on-year to about 12,970 units in Q3 2026, while new launches increased 120% to about 18,950 units. Nearly 97% of the new supply during the quarter was in segments priced above ₹80 lakh, comprising premium, luxury and ultra-luxury housing.
