In the fourth quarter of FY25, Prestige Estates recorded ₹6,957 crore in new residential sales, representing a 48% year-on-year (YoY) growth, fueled by successful new launches and continued demand for its premium offerings.
Sales Volume: 4.49 million sq. ft. (+9% YoY)
Total Units Sold: 2,301
Average Realization: ₹15,524 per sq. ft. for apartments, villas, and commercial products (+25% YoY)
Plotted Development Realization: ₹6,975 per sq. ft. (+27% YoY)
Collections: ₹3,155 crore (-9% YoY)
New Launches: 14.03 million sq. ft. across 4 major projects with a combined Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹16,134 crore
Key project launches included:
Prestige Suncrest and Prestige Southern Star Phase 1 in Bengaluru Prestige Nautilus in Mumbai Prestige Spring Heights in Hyderabad.
FY25 Annual Performance: Realization Growth Cushions Volume Dip
Prestige Estates closed FY25 with ₹17,023 crore in new residential sales, despite a 19% YoY decline attributed primarily to launch delays. The company compensated with strong realization growth and a healthy mix of sales across key metro markets.
