New Delhi: Bengaluru-based Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has reported a five percent decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 123.7 crore for the quarter ended June 2019 as compared to Rs 130.2 crore in the corresponding quartet of the previous year, it said in a regulatory filing.
The consolidated net sales jumped a whopping 80 percent to touch Rs 1,567.4 crore for the latest quarter as compared to Rs 868.6 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
Prestige’s Board has also appointed Neelam Chhiber as Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive, Independent Director for a period of 5 years with effect from August 1, 2019.
