Primus Senior Living said it has completely sold its latest project Primus Darpan in just two weeks of its launch on Kanakapura Road in South Bengaluru.
The company said it aims to deliver over 3500 senior living homes by 2027.

By 2027, we aim to deliver 3,500+ senior living homes to meet the growing demand for high-quality senior living solutions.”
The company said it is expanding to Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad. The company has presence in Bengaluru, Chennai and Kolkata.
Primus provides comprehensive healthcare with on-site doctors, physiotherapists, specialist tie-ups, 24/7 ambulance services, and skilled nurses. Homes feature geriatric-friendly designs, including anti-skid tiles, grab handles, motion sensors, and accessible kitchens, panic buttons, and smart home technology provide seniors with a safe, connected, and sophisticated living experience.
The company said it recently raised $20 million in seed funding, led by General Catalyst and Zerodha Co-founder Nikhil Kamath’s. This funding will drive Primus’s ambitious expansion plans and reinforce its position as a leader in the senior living space.
