New Delhi: The stock of unsold residential property in various cities has been declining gradually. In Pune, the unsold stock of property has will take 27 months to clear as of third quarter (Q3) of 2019 as compared to 34 months in Q3 of 2018, according to ANAROC Property Consultants.
The unsold stock in Pune stood at 92,560 units at the end of Q3 of 2019 as compared 90,610 units in Q3 of 2018.
The unsold inventory in Kolkata will take 38 months to clear at the end of Q3 of 2019 as against 42 months that was estimate in Q3 of 2018. The number of unsold homes in Kolkata stood at 45,570 at the end of Q3 of 2019 as against 49,300 units at the end of Q3 of 2018.
Chennai will take 31 months to clear the unsold stock of housing property that stood at the end of Q3 of 2019 as compared to 35 months that was the estimate at the end of Q3 of 2018. The number of unsold houses at the end of Q3 of 2019 was 31,380 while at the end of Q3 of 218 it was 30,220 units.
