New Delhi: Realty firm Puravankara Ltd has approved the issuance of un-listed secured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of up to Rs 100 crore in two tranches.
The date of maturity for the NCDs will be 36 months from the date of disbursement. The coupon/interest offered is 14 percent per annum payable monthly. There will be a one-year moratorium and then there will be 24 monthly installments, the company said in a regulatory filing.
